The Honsberger Family serve in a very practical ministry with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea working among the Kwomtari People. Murray and Carol with their children, Eric (currently studying at University of Winnipeg in Manitoba), Jeff, LaruaLee and Kevin live between their resource village in Ukarumpa PNG, and their village home among the Kwomtari people. They live in a very isolated village to learn the language of the Kwomtari people for periods of time to assist them with the writing of their language (a previoiusly unwritten language) and to ultimately leave for them a copy of portions of scripture so they will be able to understand the message of "The Good News" in their own language.

Windsor Mennonite Fellowship relates to this missionary family as one of the projects of the Missions Committee. The Honsberger's work is also financially supported by a portion of money collected in our local congregation's offerings.
